Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 full bath and a half bath private villa with premier golf course views is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation! Fully equipped for your stay. New photos showing new laminate wood flooring in entry way, 1/2 bath, kitchen and new carpeting on staircase and upstairs.

Our villa is located in the private development – Waikoloa Colony Villas, which is a gated community on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii in the Waikoloa Beach Resort.

The Villas are fully furnished townhouse style accommodations with many amenities: 2 community pools, tennis courts, fitness center, & hot tub! Waikoloa Resorts beautiful white sand beach Anaehoomalu Bay is a few minutes’ drive.
Large great room with a living room, dining area, kitchen and a private lanai to relax or have a meal.
Half bath located near entry, beach gear located in garage, upstairs is your primary bedroom with a private bath and balcony to enjoy the view. Down the hall is a washer and dryer for your use. And than a second bedroom for your guest with a full bath next to it.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers and beach umbrella.

Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite for your use during stay.
Tennis Court: Tennis Court onsite on a first come, first serve basis. Paddleball court was added to tennis court.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
Ceiling Fans: Yes
BBQ: Community BBQ near the swimming pools
Washer and Dryer: Washer and dryer in the villa.
WIFI: WIFI included and 2 workspace desks (in second bedroom and living room).
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TVs located in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.

Villa includes a basic initial supply of laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, and all-purpose cleaner. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This villa is cleaned by a professional cleaning company using EPA approved products for use against COVID-19. And cleaning process is following guidelines received from World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control.

Hawaii County ordinance to regulate Short-Term Vacation Rentals application for this property is approved.

We had such a wonderful stay! The views were absolutely amazing and made the whole experience even more special. The location couldn’t have been better—close to stores, great restaurants, and just a short distance to the beach, which made everything so convenient.
The place had all the amenities we needed and more, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. It felt very comfortable, clean, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

This is definitely a place I would come back to ! The location was quiet and in a beautiful setting. The pretty pool was a few steps away with nice grills and few sightings of the cute little day geckos. Everything we needed was available in the condo with a wonderful supply of coffee and condiments. Very clean and comfortable beds !

Group trip
The complex was gorgeous. In a higher end community. There were shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was right behind our unit and parking was close and convenient. The view from the two lanai’s was stunning. The condo had more than enough of anything you need. Lots of beach accessories, towels, kitchen utensils (needs a pizza cutter). Both sofas pulled out to beds and there were ample linens. Decor was beautiful and furniture was in good shape. The carpet had some spill spots more than likely from the last renters but other than that and the dishes left in the dishwasher the condo was very clean. There was lots of info and instructions available. We loved the full length mirrors on the large closets and the convenience of 3- bathrooms (2- full,1-powder room). We would definitely stay here again!
