Welcome to our brand new vacation rental home. Gold Golf Kings Club Membership is included in this rental and perfect for 4 guest to enjoy. We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath end unit at the Waikoloa Colony Villas located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Once you enter the villa, you will be in our great room with brand new furniture, large flat screen tv, one of a kind dining bench table and brand new kitchen with brand new appliances. On the main floor is a very private guest bedroom and full bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Next to full bathroom is a large laundry closet with a washer and dryer for your use. Off of the kitchen is your lanai with seating for 4 to relax and enjoy the sunsets. Go upstairs to your private master suite with a large walk in closet and large bathroom. The master suite has a cal-king bed and a large flat screen tv. Brand-new air-conditioning system just installed. Reserved parking spot is located right by the front door. You are just a short walk to 1 of 2 pools that the Waikoloa Colony Villas has. FREE WIFI, FREE PARKING and beach gear is included in this rental. Minimum 5-night stay.

Unit includes discounted GOLD GOLF KINGS’ CLUB MEMBERSHIP. Included are discounted green fees at Waikoloa Beach Course –
2023 Rates – $80 per person plus tax before 11 a.m., $65 per person plus tax after 11 a.m. Rental Clubs $25.00 per set plus tax.

Colony Villas at Waikoloa Beach Resort has two beautiful pool and barbecue areas, air-conditioned gym with separate cardio and weight rooms, tennis court & basketball.

UPDATE, pool near villa is being resurfaced starting April 2023. Please use main pool during your stay.

This villa is cleaned by a professional cleaning company using EPA approved products for use against COVID-19. And cleaning process is following guidelines received from World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control.

Loved it!

Has everything you would want: 4 beach chairs, lots of towels, all the kitchen stuff. Clean, responsive management (we couldn't figure out the address). Awesome experience.

Wonderful

We have stayed at the Colony Villas many times before. This is the nicest villa by far. Beautifully renovated, clean, and a great location.. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the knives are sharp, a detail that is very much appreciated when working in the kitchen. We would definetly rent this unit again.

Such a nice house

Spacious, well placed and excellent area. Were there for the Ironman World Championship and it was a nice quiet area for both getting ready and resting afterwards. Love the big island.

Beautiful Home in Paradise

Our family loved this wonderful home in Waikoloa! In addition to being located in a picturesque area, it was close to many beaches (A-Bay, Hapuna, Black Sand Beach and Beach 69. Many wonderful restaurants near by with Lava Lava Beach Club being our favorite. The food is great and its location right on the beach and evening sunsets can’t be beat.
The home is immaculate and includes everything you need for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed having the pool close by and other amenities. Truly a wonderful place to stay!
